Marketing Manager (WFH, Full-Time)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of water, filtration, and pool equipment businesses. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that support dealer networks, distributors, commercial partners, and direct sales efforts across Australian and international markets. You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and external stakeholders to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market expansion for our pool systems, water treatment solutions, and filtration product businesses.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all business units, including pool systems, water treatment solutions, and filtration products.
Lead brand positioning, demand generation, and channel marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics to ensure return on investment (ROI).
Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and business partners to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Oversee content creation, digital marketing, events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Establish and maintain marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Manage and mentor marketing team members and external vendors.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Must-HavesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or distributor-based sales environments.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Nice-to-HavesExperience supporting Australian, New Zealand, or international markets.
Background in manufacturing, industrial products, water treatment, engineering, construction, or related industries.
Experience managing trade shows, industry events, and dealer programs.
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and marketing analytics tools.
