Marketing Manager (SEO, PPC & Email Marketing)
About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience across SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing to help scale our inbound demand, improve our digital footprint, and support our B2B growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can generate measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities SEO (Search Engine Optimization) • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content to increase organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. • Track and report SEO performance metrics. PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising) • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. • Test ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. • Monitor ROI, CAC, and campaign performance. Email Marketing • Build automated email campaigns and audience segments. • Write, design, and schedule newsletters and drip sequences. • Analyze open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and list health. General Marketing • Collaborate with sales to generate qualified leads. • Propose and execute new growth initiatives. • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators as needed. Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and email marketing (not just managing agencies). • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, etc. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize based on ROI. • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities. • Bonus: Experience in B2B or wholesale/distribution industries.
