Marketing Manager- Radiation Oncology

Symmetrio is recruiting for a Marketing Manager position for our customer, a leading multinational medical technology company. This role will work on a team to develop marketing strategies for our client’s healthcare hardware and software solutions in the oncology space. This role is responsible for developing marketing plans and executing tactics to guide the entire customer journey lifecycle. Key responsibilities include product launches, pricing strategy, positioning, marketing communications, lead generation, and field support. Success in this position is measured by product line performance and the effectiveness of customer engagement.

The candidate will work with the team to build and execute marketing plans and strategically align resources. This position requires the candidate to be based in the United States, preferably close to a HUB airport.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the oncology/radiation oncology space, and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities with proven success in working with both direct and cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, PTO, and 401K match.

The US base salary range for this position is $105K-110K annual with 10% bonus.

Responsibilities:
• Create an Account Based marketing plan with engagement programs and VOC needs.
• Develop marketing strategies for healthcare hardware and software solutions to drive sales and enhance service activities.
• Ensure strategic alignment across various business lines to support overall corporate objectives.
• Organize and oversee key industry events and trade shows to promote healthcare software solutions and strengthen market presence.
• Bachelor/University Degree – MBA or similar preferred
• 3+ yrs healthcare marketing work experience or similar preferred
• Track record in working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset – not shying away from doing groundwork when needed
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
