The Role_ // We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 12 months, supporting our marketing efforts across the UK, Spain, and Italy. This role plays a key part in executing regional marketing activity that drives demand, supports sales engagement, and strengthens Masabi’s presence in the European transit market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and the global marketing team to deliver campaigns, events, and content that connect with the right audiences and support business growth. Location_ // This role is open to candidates based in the UK and can be worked remotely or in a hybrid setup. While we prefer candidates based in London, we’re open to applications from across the UK, as long as you’re happy to come into our London office a few times per quarter. Responsibilities_ Execute global marketing campaigns across the UK, Spain, and Italy; adapting them to resonate with regional audiences Support demand generation across email, digital channels, and account-based marketing initiatives Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and support outreach and campaign execution Plan and deliver regional events including trade shows and industry conferences; managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up Support and deliver webinars for regional prospects and customers Create and adapt content including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and sales materials Ensure content reflects regional market needs while aligning with global messaging Support customer storytelling and regional announcements About You_ Solid experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS environment Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on demand generation Comfortable planning and delivering events and webinars end-to-end Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with attention to clarity and audience relevance Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Experience managing or contributing to website content, ideally using WordPress A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Some Of Our Benefits_ Competitive salary package 25 days of holiday per year plus the option to buy another 5 days pro-rated Private Healthcare via AXA including pre-existing conditions and mental health Life Insurance Menopause support Choice of workstation Flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule around agreed core hours (see Remote Working Policy for details) Ability to work for up to 3 months per year from any country in the world (certain limitations) Pension scheme Training allowance of up to £1000 per year £200 annual allowance for any home office need or improvement Enhanced family leave pay Cycle to work scheme Regular social gatherings with a monthly allowance for each employee Fun and collaborative environment with a focus on making a difference in the world Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline growth Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives and develop targeted materials for priority opportunities Support PR activity across Europe, including announcements, media outreach, and industry visibility Careers at Masabi are for people going places - driven by a mission to make transit fair and accessible for all. // We are a network of innovators from all walks of life, passionate about making a difference.
