Position Title: Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the V.P. of Sales and Marketing in obtaining all marketing goals while upholding the company's mission statement of being a stairlift company unified in providing a safe and affordable solution to overcome the unique needs and challenges that our customers experience on the stairs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Responsible for developing and managing direct marketing campaigns, direct mail, magazines/print, DRTV and other channels.
? Develop, launch, analyze, optimize and maintain campaigns.
? Manages the production of collateral marketing materials including brochures, specialty advertising items as well as all company brand collateral.
? Maintain continuity of all company branded materials.
? Coordinate with Partners to ensure brand and trademark protection though brand and product consistency and accuracy.
? Manage a marketing budget that optimizes ROI and achieves target metrics.
? Coordinate Press Releases for company news and information.
? Prepare and present media plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials.
? Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
? Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
? Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

? Must be computer savvy using applications Microsoft Office, Windows PC, Internet software and Project Management Software

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A) from four-year college or university; or three to four years marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Regularly required to sit, talk, or listen.
