Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 / year DOE

Marketing Manager Requirements:
• 4-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design, website UX, and campaign management
• Proven experience in the real estate industry (residential or commercial)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in InDesign, Mailchimp, Excel (formulas required), and HubSpot CRM (training provided)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and execute marketing strategies effectively

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and business growth
• Create and manage social media content, email blasts, and retargeted ad campaigns
• Update and optimize website UX and design
• Build and maintain audience lists for targeted marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing ideas
• Assist with backend tasks, including graphic design and content creation for various platforms
