Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 $115,000 / year DOE
Marketing Manager Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design, website UX, and campaign management
Proven experience in the real estate industry (residential or commercial)
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in InDesign, Mailchimp, Excel (formulas required), and HubSpot CRM (training provided)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently, think creatively and execute marketing strategies effectively
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and business growth
Create and manage social media content, email blasts, and retargeted ad campaigns
Update and optimize website UX and design
Build and maintain audience lists for targeted marketing efforts
Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing ideas
Assist with backend tasks, including graphic design and content creation for various platforms
