Marketing Lead

Atheer Connectivity is a Saudi deep-tech startup building the future of last-mile wireless connectivity through mmWave technology. We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to join as the founding member of our marketing function. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role. You will not be joining an existing team — you will be building the marketing department from scratch. That means setting the foundation: brand voice, content, campaigns, and partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, and your output will have immediate, visible impact on how Atheer is perceived in the market. Brand & Messaging – Develop and own Atheer's brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channels – Ensure consistency in how we communicate with operators, enterprise clients, and end consumers Content & Social Media – Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms – Write copy for campaigns, product launches, decks, and collateral — in both English and Arabic – Build a content calendar and maintain publishing discipline Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others) – Track performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize for results – Support B2C and B2B demand generation initiatives Agency & Vendor Management – Brief, manage, and hold accountable external marketing agencies and creative vendors – Review deliverables, give structured feedback, and ensure quality and alignment GTM & Commercial Support – Partner with the commercial team on go-to-market materials for operator and developer partnerships – Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences – Represent Atheer at industry events and community initiatives Operations & Setup – Stand up marketing tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure from scratch – Build a roadmap for the marketing function and propose team expansion as the company grows Requirements Brand & Messaging – Develop and own Atheer's brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channels – Ensure consistency in how we communicate with operators, enterprise clients, and end consumers Content & Social Media – Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms – Write copy for campaigns, product launches, decks, and collateral — in both English and Arabic – Build a content calendar and maintain publishing discipline Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others) – Track performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize for results – Support B2C and B2B demand generation initiatives Agency & Vendor Management – Brief, manage, and hold accountable external marketing agencies and creative vendors – Review deliverables, give structured feedback, and ensure quality and alignment GTM & Commercial Support – Partner with the commercial team on go-to-market materials for operator and developer partnerships – Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences – Represent Atheer at industry events and community initiatives Operations & Setup – Stand up marketing tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure from scratch – Build a roadmap for the marketing function and propose team expansion as the company grows What We Are Looking For Non-Negotiables – 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or high-growth environment – Demonstrable track record of owning and executing marketing initiatives end-to-end – Strong written communication in both English and Arabic – Comfortable working independently with minimal structure and no playbook to follow – A bias for action — you ship things, learn, and improve Strong Signals – Experience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, paid, brand, comms) rather than one narrow specialty – Familiarity with paid media platforms and the ability to read and act on campaign data – Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or freelancers – Exposure to B2B or enterprise marketing alongside B2C – Background in tech, telecom, or infrastructure sectors Personality & Working Style – Entrepreneurial — you see gaps and fill them without being asked – Structured thinker who can move quickly without losing quality – Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership – Curious about technology and able to translate complex products into simple, compelling messages – Low ego, high ownership — you are comfortable doing strategy and execution at the same time Benefits You will be the first marketing hire — your work shapes the function and the brand from day one – Direct access to leadership and real decision-making authority – A product that is genuinely differentiated — mmWave wireless technology solving a real infrastructure problem – A lean, fast-moving team where impact is visible and recognized – Competitive compensation with equity participation
