The Role We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate who lives at the intersection of marketing craft and AI fluency. This isn't a role where AI experience is "nice to have" — it's how you work. You should already be using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or marketing-specific AI platforms (Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, etc.) daily to research, draft, design, and ship faster than traditional workflows allow. You'll own two tracks: Marketing — Build and maintain Kollabio's external presence. Write content, manage the website, create collateral, and ensure our brand voice is sharp and consistent across every channel. Growth Support — Help the leadership team pursue new business. This means drafting proposal sections, monitoring opportunity boards (SAM.gov, GovWin, etc.), preparing capability statements, and packaging our story for capture efforts. What You'll Do Write and publish blog posts, case studies, press releases, and social content Create and maintain marketing collateral: capability statements, one-pagers, slide decks Manage and update the company website (content, structure, SEO basics) Use AI tools as a force multiplier across all of the above — not as a novelty, but as your default workflow Monitor federal opportunity sources and flag relevant RFIs/RFPs to leadership Draft and refine proposal sections, past performance narratives, and response outlines Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen Kollabio's positioning Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints Requirements What You Bring 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or content experience Strong writing and editing skills — you can translate technical concepts into clear, engaging language Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity (be ready to show us your workflow) Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Comfort working independently, managing your own priorities, and delivering on deadline in a part-time capacity Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your output Strongly Preferred Experience in government contracting (GovCon) marketing or federal BD support Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, or similar opportunity tracking platforms Experience supporting proposals or capture efforts Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, or social media management tools Exposure to design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) What Success Looks Like at 90 Days Kollabio's website content is current, consistent, and reflects our AI-forward positioning A content cadence is established — blog posts, social updates, and collateral are shipping regularly You've contributed meaningfully to at least one proposal or capture effort Leadership has a reliable flow of flagged opportunities from federal sources AI is visibly embedded in your workflow, not bolted on To Apply Include a brief note on which AI tools you use regularly and how they fit into your marketing workflow.
