Marketing Graphic Designer

CropX is a fast-growing company with a highly international footprint and an important mission to assist farmers and agribusinesses towards successful and sustainable outcomes with technology. CropX employs 110 employees globally and is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Graphic Designer to join our awesome team in the US. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually engaging content that communicates our brand message effectively across multiple platforms. You will handle the day-to-day marketing design tasks (collateral design, website, merch, banners, etc.). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and the ability to create impactful visuals for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, trade shows, and corporate communications.Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and digital ads. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align visual storytelling with brand guidelines. Create visually appealing assets for email campaigns, website content, and landing pages. Develop creative concepts for trade show booths, banners, and promotional merchandise. Support product marketing efforts with engaging product visuals and explainer graphics. Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs. Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices. Requirements3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the tech or agriculture sector.Agriculture/farming background via education, profession, personal life or interest Prev experience at an ag company (eg agtech competitors, ag retailers, dealer, ag marketing agency, etc.) - highly preferred! Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
