We are looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights.Position OverviewAs a Marketing Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy. This generalist role requires a creative and organized individual who can seamlessly transition between writing social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and ad campaigns. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure all content aligns with the company's goals and brand voice. Key Responsibilities Develop and write engaging and on-brand social media posts for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.)Create compelling and informative blog posts that drive traffic and engagementDraft newsletters that highlight company updates, product features, and industry insightsAssist in creating and managing ad campaigns across different channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketingCollaborate with the executive team to ensure all marketing materials meet the required specifications and brand guidelinesMonitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, suggesting improvements where necessaryStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experienceProven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a generalistExceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detailStrong understanding of social media platforms and best practicesExperience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platformsFamiliarity with SEO principles and digital marketing analytics toolsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
