Marketing Director (Remote)
DemandFactor is a data-driven B2B growth and demand-generation company helping brands find, engage, and convert their next customers. We run full-funnel programs across intent, ABM, content syndication, and performance marketing, all tied to measurable pipeline impact.
We're looking for a Marketing Director to build and scale our marketing function. This is a hands-on and strategic role owning brand, demand gen, content, digital, and performance.
What you'll do
ā¢ Own and execute DemandFactor's marketing strategy
ā¢ Lead demand-gen, ABM, and digital performance programs
ā¢ Build a strong brand and high-impact content engine
ā¢ Partner closely with Sales to drive full-funnel results
ā¢ Manage marketing KPIs, analytics, attribution, and budget
ā¢ Build and grow the marketing team
What we're looking for
ā¢ 7ā10+ years in B2B marketing (demand gen, performance, growth)
ā¢ Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and ROI
ā¢ Experience building marketing functions from the ground up
ā¢ Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and execution abilities
