This is a pivotal role responsible for marketing analytics and reporting across all channels and programs. You will be the go-to expert on marketing performance data—helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest to maximize return on investment.You’ll work multi-functionally with partners in Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Systems, and be trusted to turn complex data into clear insights that fuel decision-making and pipeline acceleration.Role and ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end development of marketing dashboards and reporting across campaigns, programs, channels, funnel stages, and pipeline creationBuild and maintain SQL-based datasets and reports from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google AnalyticsAnalyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, channel attribution, ROMI) and deliver actionable insightsPartner with Revenue Operations and Marketing stakeholders to support pipeline planning, forecasting, and coverage analysisIdentify data gaps and opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and automationDrive a culture of measurement and optimization within the marketing orgQualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environmentProficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight, or similar)Deep understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline development, and performance metricsExperience working with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Hubspot and Google Analytics a plusDemonstrable ability to translate data into clear insights and compelling narratives for stakeholdersThorough, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveFamiliarity with marketing attribution modeling or campaign influence frameworksExperience supporting public sector or international marketing initiativesBackground in professional services, enterprise sales, or account-based marketing analyticsApplication ProcessThis is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package, including bonus opportunities and unlimited vacation/FTO.
