Marketing Coordinator- Social Commerce

The Marketing Coordinator – Social Commerce will work within the Social Media & Content Team, focusing on creator partnerships, campaign execution, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and engagement.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to relevant creators for product seeding, paid partnerships, and UGC campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeBuild strong relationships with creators by providing guidance, communication, and brand assetsMaintain communication throughout campaign lifecycles to ensure timely deliverables and accurate messagingTrack creator information, products, and content submissionsAssist in executing social commerce campaigns, including TikTok Shop promotions and affiliate activationsCoordinate product shipments, gifting logistics, and sample needs for creator programsGather performance metrics, maintain content libraries, and organize post-campaign assetsMaintain creator databases, trackers, logs, and templatesCollaborate with Learning Resources and Pet brand teams to align creator content with broader brand storytellingMonitor platforms for emerging creators, trends, and new opportunitiesSkills1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketingStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator-driven contentExperience managing creators, deliverables, and communicationHighly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at onceProficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with Aspire, Levanta, or Awin is a plusStrong written communication and professionalism in external communicationBenefitsProfit sharing bonus potential401k matchingA variety of other benefitsCompany OverviewETA hand2mind support teachers, inspire students, engage parents, and champion learning by doing.
