We work one-on-one with students to provide individualized support that leads to meaningful, lasting growth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help elevate and expand our marketing efforts. Role Overview We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a self-directed environment and isn’t afraid to take initiative. This role is perfect for someone who loves generating new ideas, proposing solutions, and moving projects forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions. You’ll serve as a key support to the founder, helping transform high-level concepts into actionable, effective marketing outcomes. This is a remote position with flexible hours for someone who is both creative and operationally strong. Key Responsibilities Draft and schedule email newsletters and marketing campaigns (Mailchimp) Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Proactively suggest content themes, new campaign ideas, and engagement strategies Assist with website updates and support SEO optimization (Squarespace) Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations Maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing calendars Bring solutions—not problems—by anticipating needs and presenting actionable next steps Provide general marketing and administrative support to the CEO Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field Proven ability to take initiative and work independently Strong problem-solving abilities and a habit of offering ideas instead of waiting for direction Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media tools Familiarity with HubSpot, CMS platforms, and basic SEO best practices Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms Details Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week Remote with a flexible schedule Hourly rate commensurate with experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover note explaining why you’re a strong fit for this role.
