Job Title: Full-Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team and help drive new business opportunities for a U.S.-based custom packaging manufacturer. This role combines marketing strategy support with day-to-day sales operations and CRM management.
You’ll work closely with lead generators, LinkedIn marketers, and web designers to help execute campaigns and generate qualified leads. If you’re organized, resourceful, and passionate about both sales and marketing, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate a team of external providers (lead generators, LinkedIn marketers, web designers)
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media coordination
Assign and track follow-ups for the sales team
Monitor lead engagement, stage updates, and campaign responses
Generate weekly reports and performance summaries
Assist with basic communication to prospects when needed
Contribute to marketing strategies and implementation of growth-focused projects
Coordinate virtual events, product launches, or campaign rollouts as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a sales coordination, marketing support, or operations role
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working remotely and independently
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
