Marketing Coordinator, Influencer & Affiliate

The Marketing Coordinator, Influencers & Affiliates will work within the Brand Communications Team to manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with creators, and optimize social commerce strategies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to relevant creators for product seeding, paid partnerships, and UGC campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and moreCoordinate and execute day-to-day operations related to earned influencer, Amazon Creator Connections, and affiliate campaigns through platforms like Aspire and LevantaBuild and nurture strong relationships with creators by offering clear & timely communication, brand guidance, and support, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term partnershipsMaintain structured communication with creators and partners across every stage of influencer campaigns to ensure on‑time, brand‑accurate deliverables and identify opportunities to optimize performanceSupport social commerce affiliate campaigns by optimizing affiliate activations both internally and with external agency partnersCoordinate product shipments, gifting logistics, and sample needs for creator programsGather performance metrics, maintain content libraries, and organize post-campaign assetsBuild and maintain creator databases, trackers, logs, and templatesCollaborate with the broader brand team to align creator content with brand storytellingMonitor platforms for emerging creators, trends, and new opportunitiesSkills1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketingStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator-driven contentExperience managing creators, deliverables, and communicationHighly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at onceProficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with Aspire, Levanta, or Awin is a plusStrong written communication and professionalism in external communicationBenefitsProfit sharing bonus potential401k matchingA variety of other benefitsCompany OverviewLearning Resources® is a leading global manufacturer of award-winning teaching aids.
