Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote the hospital's services, drive patient acquisition, and enhance the hospital's brand presence through assisting in marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and community outreach programs.
• Create and edit content for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website content, and email campaigns.
• Manage the hospital's digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and engage with the hospital's online audience, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on competitor activities, industry trends, and patient demographics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to disseminate marketing information and updates to staff members.
• Coordinate the printing and distribution of marketing collateral as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Marketing required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Marketing Experience 2-3 years required
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and email marketing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling marketing content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated with marketing best practices and innovations.
