To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.comPosition Overview:We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator within the Teacher Education Ecosystem at ColibriThe Marketing Coordinator works with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the day-to-day marketing strategy for our B2C/B2B marketing to reach departmental goals while completing our mission to lead people to achieve more, adapt and thrive in their careers. The ideal candidate understands B2C and B2B marketing, has experience with lead generation, sales enablement, and multi-channel marketing campaigns with practical experience in paid advertising, email marketing and website management. nWhat You'll Do Implement and manage the day-to-day execution of B2C/B2B marketing plans, campaigns, and strategiesSupport the execution of creative assets for marketing campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies and collateral for partners, agencies, contractors, and sales teamsBuild and schedule emails and SMS for various audiences within HubSpotReview referral and affiliate conversions for payment processingManage relationships with existing partners, onboard new partners, and work with internal and external teams to support their growth and success.Maintain a shared drive of assets and collateral for internal and external stakeholdersBuild and publish Zoom events on our website and integrate with HubSpotProvide general support for paid advertising, website maintenance and internal communications.QA agency and contractor deliverablesOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication1-3 years of marketing experience Some understanding of B2C and B2B marketing best practicesExceptional clear written and verbal communication skillsProject management experienceExperience working with HubSpot, WordPress, and PMSMust be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPointPositive, can-do attitude with ability to problem solveAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentnColibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
