Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets, and supporting various marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Manage accruals, invoice processing, and coordinate monthly budget reporting Conduct regular monitoring of sales performance and lead monthly performance reports, competitive activity as well as support deep dives on business case to identify risks and opportunities Execution of in-store media, coupons, product mock-ups and other marketing materials Social media monitoring of social media platforms Support consumer marketing plans, including digital, social and inβstore communications, working with agencies and internal teams Coordinates seamlessly across Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and external agencies to drive effective project execution, including packaging changes, packaging management and regulatory requirements Coordination of marketing presentations and marketing calendars for sales Execution of creative content for trade ads and flyers Trade show support and execution, along with operational support for promotional or new listing opportunities Coordination of product tastings and product/sample shipments Coordinate and manage team events and meetings, including coordination of presentation content, event booking and management and coordination of presentation materials and content Administrative System Support as required Skills Post-secondary education in related discipline, Marketing preferred One (1) to three (3) years related experience in coordination support (preferably within Marketing) Working proficiency in MS Office Suite (all programs), particularly, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid project management and time management skills Strong organization skills with ability to handle multiple and competing priorities Adaptable and collaborative team player Resourceful with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Bilingual (English/French) language skills an asset Benefits A Competitive Base Salary A Performance-Based Bonus System 4 Weeks of Vacation Benefits starting day 1 A Pension Program with an Employer Match at 100% of up to 6% Tuition reimbursement plan of up to $3,000/year A Volunteer Day to give back to your community Learning and Development opportunities A commitment to internal career advancement with potential for international mobility Company Overview Lactalis Canada offer a wide range of milk and dairy products, fruit juices and cultured products.
