Marketing Coordinator

Critter Control is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive paid search, social campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts, contributing to strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple digital channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize Google Ad campaignsAssist in managing monthly budgets by marketAnalyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementSupport quality assurance testing to improve pay-per-call programsCreate compelling ad copy to drive engagement and conversionsCreate and A/B test landing pagesPlan, create, and execute paid social campaigns including Meta, Nextdoor, and emerging platformsMonitor performance and iterate on resultsSupport the development of marketing collateral, including swag and point-of-sale materialsManage our reputation management platform (Birdeye): onboard new accounts, monitor and respond to reviews within 24 hours, generate monthly reports, monitor NPS and review automations, and serve as the go-to resource for teammates and franchise ownersPerform various duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (Paid Search experience preferred)Experience working in an office setting (1-2 years)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven mindsetStrong communication and organizational skillsCreative, curious, and results-orientedEfficient in problem-solvingAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent writing skills with attention to grammar and punctuationAble to work remotelyMust reside in Charleston, South CarolinaPaid Search experience preferredLoyal: Shows firm and constant support to a causeGoal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksBenefitsFlexible scheduleCompany OverviewCritter Control provides animal control, animal damage control, and nuisance wildlife removal services for homeowners.
