They are seeking an organized, high-energy Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing product launches and managing day-to-day logistics for retail initiatives. Responsibilities Support the Marketing Manager with the end-to-end execution of product launches and brand campaigns Manage the day-to-day logistics for retail initiatives, creative requests, and asset delivery, ensuring nothing stalls Co-lead PDP updates across key US channels, ensuring our digital storefronts are as compelling as our science Drive the execution of analytical reports, tracking both competitive trends and internal sales data to keep us ahead of the curve Assist in developing multi-channel assets and presentations that tell the Medik8 story to internal and external partners From budget management and PO raising to coordinating essential product shipments, you’ll keep our operations organized and efficient Skills 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty industry Bachelor's degree in a related field Based in NYC, ready to collaborate in person 2 days per week in our hybrid model Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Self-starter who thrives on accountability Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details Expert communicator who can collaborate across diverse teams and protect brand values Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holidays, health insurance and retirement plans Flexible & Hybrid working with min 2 days mandatory per week in-office at NYC office space Transit benefits Cell phone and wifi WFH stipend Annual product allowance and product discounts Annual discretionary bonus based on performance Quarterly US team building activities Company Overview Medik8 manufactures skincare products with serums, kits, cleansers, toners, and accessories.
