Marketing Coordinator

ESP, inc. is dedicated to creating transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives, coordinate fundraising events, manage email marketing efforts, and utilize analytics to enhance performance across various channels.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy email communications and newsletters through Mailchimp, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and timely deliveryUse analytical tools to measure performance and recommendations for improved strategySupport marketing campaigns and events by coordinating timelines, assets, and communication across teamsCreate and organize digital marketing assets including graphics, images, and content libraries using Canva and other toolsUpdate website and provide web performance analyticsMaintain marketing calendars, track requests from internal teams, and ensure projects move forward smoothly and on scheduleManage lists, tags, and segmentation to support targeted communicationsExecute recurring communications and event promotionsProofread and ensure accuracy of all outgoing communicationsUsing Mailchimp analytical tools, report performance of each campaign and weave that knowledge into strategies that increase performanceAct as main point of contact from marketing with community event fundraisersDevelop support materials, using contract creative when necessary to implement desired goals and timelinesCreate simple graphics and layouts using Canva and ESP brand standardsPrepare images and copy for web, email, and social channelsMaintain organized shared content libraries and digital assetsTrack marketing requests from Development, Programs, and community teamsMaintain organized marketing calendars and task tracking systemsEnsure campaigns and communications launch on timeMake all updates to websiteReport web traffic analytics and make recommendations based on resultsSkills1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, or related experienceBasic Canva design capabilityStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholdersClear written communication and proofreading abilityCollaborative mindset and ability to work across departmentsDeep belief in ESP's mission and valuesExperience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platformExperience working in a full, part time, or volunteer capacity with the disability communityWillingness to travel to ESP communities across Georgia occasionally and attend some weekend or evening events or programsBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionSupplemental401k matching after one-yearGenerous PTO policyCompany Overviewesp exists to create transformative experiences for people with disabilities & their families, changing communities for the better.
