Marketing Compliance Associate

bet365 is one of the world's leading online gambling companies, and they are seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to assist in establishing the North American Compliance function. This role will ensure adherence to regulations for the gaming industry and support marketing teams in maintaining compliance for customer-facing materials. Responsibilities Adding all advertising materials made by internal or external creative teams to the North America Asset Library Tracking and monitoring advertising flight dates in the North America Asset Library Periodically exporting and organizing all advertising materials into the team drive Assisting in the process of submitting assets for approval prior to marketing campaigns going live Ensuring all assets have been through the necessary compliance procedures prior to going live Consulting with internal teams to provide feedback and direction from regulators Maintaining records of the most up to date disclaimers for offers and Responsible Gaming Monitoring competitor disclaimers for opportunities to adjust bet365 disclaimers Assisting in the review of marketing assets in feedback sessions through a compliance lens Assisting in consulting with the external creative agency to offer guidance on creative through a compliance lens Gathering requested information and assets to fulfill audits requested by regulators Leading internal audit processes to check for correct disclaimers and identify areas that require updates to remain compliant with any regulations/regulation updates Continuing to build and refine all internal compliance processes prioritizing strong record keeping and efficiency Documenting all compliance procedures and communications from regulators Helping maintain marketing guides for each state/province Skills Previous experience in an administrative role or in project management High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators Previous experience with building and managing processes for large teams is a plus Company Overview Bet365 is an online gambling company that offers comprehensive in-play services for its clients.
