They are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of communications, branding, and member engagement activities, playing a central role in implementing BCSEG’s strategic roadmap.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate digital communications (website, email, social media)Draft and edit newsletters, announcements, and campaign materialsMaintain brand and visual consistency across materialsPromote member programs, events, and benefitsSupport targeted outreach campaignsAmplify Branch initiatives across the provincePromote events and professional development offeringsSupport sponsorship communications and partner recognitionCollaborate with CEO, staff, and volunteer committeesMaintain communications calendars and track engagement metricsSkillsPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fieldStrong writing and editing skillsExperience managing digital contentAbility to work independently in a small, evolving organizationNon-profit or association experience is an assetFamiliarity with engineering, geoscience, or STEM communities is an assetBenefitsBenefitsVacationCompany OverviewWe’re a new advocacy body for engineering and geoscience.
