Marketing Communications Coordinator
The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) is a national organization representing franchised new car and truck dealerships across Canada. They are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to manage day-to-day communications, support marketing initiatives, and ensure effective messaging across various platforms. Responsibilities Maintain and update the organization’s communications calendar to ensure consistent messaging throughout the year Edit, produce, and distribute communications across multiple channels including email, website, newsletters, print materials, and social media Coordinate with external vendors and partners such as translators, web developers, and marketing agencies Ensure communications are consistent with CADA brand guidelines and meet quality and compliance standards in both English and French Assist in producing marketing materials such as ads, brochures, and promotional campaigns Coordinate email campaigns and website updates in collaboration with internal teams Support content creation and management for social media channels Assist in the production and promotion of webinars, newsletters, and digital communications Help plan and coordinate communications for events, conferences, and CADA initiatives such as the annual Summit Work collaboratively with internal departments to support their communication and marketing needs Skills Post-secondary diploma or degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field Relevant experience in communications, marketing, or digital content coordination Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities in both languages Experience managing website content, email communications, or social media platforms Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe products or Canva) Knowledge of HTML Automotive, or insurance industry experience is considered an asset Benefits Comprehensive employer paid group benefit and retirement savings plan Generous paid time off provisions Company Overview The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) is the national association for franchised automobile and truck dealerships that sell new cars and trucks.
