Marketing & Brand Management Specialist

In partnership with other teams, lead the strategic vision, market opportunities, pricing and profitability analysis, marketing activities, and collaborating on sales strategies for a brand, product, or service across all media, while collaborating with multi-functional teams and agency partners.Serve as a central resource for all brand-related information and coordinate with business partners in creating and deploying brand-building programs. Educate business partners on brand-related issues and opportunitiesEstablish short- and long-term goals, competitive positions, and strategies for market segmentDevelop and deploy programs to maximize the distribution channels to market, increase business opportunities, and increase retention of current business in the market segmentIdentify segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes and use this understanding to develop initiatives that ensure that the customer’s experience delivers on the brandIdentify segment trends and opportunities to understand the changing marketplace and ensure that the needs and priorities of the segments are consistently taken into consideration to keep the company competitiveIdentify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment. Set direction for project teams and influence stakeholders to ensure products, services, and marketing programs meet the needs of this segmentEstablish goals and set targets to measure success of programs for the market segmentWork with communication managers, identify and direct what needs to be communicated in the market segment, based on research, competitive positioning, and value propositions, and delivered through marketing plansPartner with business areas to execute and gain adoption of programs in the field and at the account-specific levelJob Specifications:Typically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in product or brand managementAdvanced understanding of brand management concepts and building/execution techniquesSolid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelProven ability to develop and execute marketing strategiesAbility to elevate the perception of our corporate brand and our companyExcellent project management skills and experience managing large projectsProven track record of influencing constituents for optimal resultsExcellent organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitaskExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsFlexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectivelyStrong analytical skills requiredAbility to write and present clear and concise reportsPreferred Skills: Extensive experience with event strategy and building the experienceHandling logisticsWorking with the sales team on executionPlanning the event from start to finishCompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
