Marketing Automation Engineer

Your impact: Improve and expand automation processes.Develop logic and prompts for multi‑step AI agents.Integrate agents with databases and APIs.Test, debug, and optimize agent performance.Maintain documentation and monitor agent efficiency.Strengthen AI expertise within the company and evolve solutions based on business needs.Identify new opportunities for applying AI solutions across the organization.Contribute to the development of AI‑related processes and infrastructure. About you: 2+ years of experience with automation and AI tools.Understanding of LLM principles, prompt engineering, and OpenAI APIs.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience building production‑ready AI agents.Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / GPTs approach is a plus.Ability to quickly build MVP solutions.
