Are you a creative and motivated individual looking to build real-world experience in marketing? One GI is looking for a Part-Time Seasonal Marketing Associate to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on exposure across a variety of marketing functions in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing One GI’s brand to life. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support campaigns and day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include:
• Assisting in the execution of marketing strategies across social media, digital platforms, and more
• Supporting social media efforts, including content creation, post scheduling, and audience engagement
• Monitoring and managing our online reputation, including responding to reviews and inquiries
• Helping to maintain accurate and consistent online listings across platforms
• Performing essential marketing admin tasks like organizing digital assets, preparing reports, and supporting campaign logistics
• Assisting in the analysis and reporting of marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and uncover insights

• Proactive and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about marketing, communications, or digital media
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experienced or familiar with social media platforms and digital tools (a plus, but not required)
What you Bring:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Education and Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
