Marketing Associate - 4 days/week in Chicago office

Golub & Company is a Chicago-based real estate firm involved in development, acquisitions, and property management. They are seeking a Marketing Associate to coordinate and manage marketing strategies across various channels to support leasing and occupancy goals for their properties.ResponsibilitiesImplements and executes various marketing initiatives which support property-level leasing and occupancy goals and ensure consistent branding and messaging across corporate, multifamily, and commercial portfoliosMaintains the design and production of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, signage, displays, and other tactics from conception through execution using internal creative resources and outside agency partnershipsAssists in monitoring and updating the company website, social media profiles, contact lists, and email campaignsWorks with contracted vendors to monitor and optimize property-level digital campaigns and social media channelsSupports reputation management execution from rollout through property‑level strategy recommendations; partners with the Director on final strategic decisionsAnalyzes marketing performance and reporting, monitors trends, and adjusts strategies to optimize campaigns and support individual property goalsManages inventory of property marketing materials and collateralAssists with corporate marketing initiatives including special events, awards, mailings and other news eventsCommunicates effectively to ensure project is delivered accurately and on timeSkillsBachelor's degree from four-year college or universityMinimum one to three years related marketing experience and/or trainingEquivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in real estate or related industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorSkilled in Canva, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Excel, and OutlookExperience in Wordspace and SquarespaceBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time off401k with employer matchCompany OverviewSince its founding in 1960, Golub & Company has built a strong reputation as a trusted co-investor and developer with its many institutional and private capital partners.
