In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing efforts, assist financial advisors, and help elevate the FAF brand through various initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and communications across FAFHelp manage project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups to keep initiatives on trackCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing deliverablesOwn and manage the marketing materials compliance process from start to finishEnsure all marketing materials are submitted, tracked, and approved in a timely mannerMaintain organized records of approved materials and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory guidelinesAssist in creating and editing content for emails, social media, newsletters, and advisor communicationsSupport scheduling and posting across social media platformsHelp build and update marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and other toolsGather and organize photos, videos, and content to highlight advisor success, firm culture, and eventsProvide day-to-day marketing support to financial advisors, including materials, event promotion, and communicationsHelp manage incoming marketing requests and ensure alignment with brand standardsAssist with onboarding advisors to marketing platforms and toolsAssist in coordinating and promoting FAF’s philanthropic initiatives and community eventsHelp organize materials, communications, and logistics for volunteer opportunities and charitable partnershipsSupport storytelling efforts by capturing and sharing highlights from philanthropic activitiesSkillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and Canva.
