Marketing Assistant

Salary: $200 USD | $800.000 COP (10 hours per Week part time!) Schedule: Task Based A leading fertility clinic committed to helping families grow is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, a passion for women's health, and experience supporting marketing initiatives, we'd love to hear from you!Coordinate the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.· Draft, edit, and format content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.· Monitor community engagement – respond to DMs, comments, and inbound inquiries.· Support email marketing initiatives using tools like MailerLite and Canva.· Assist with campaign research, partnerships, and outreach efforts.· Use tools like Notion or Asana to maintain project organization.· Secure creative assets and help manage vendor relationships.· Support logistics for webinars, virtual events, and content production.· Track KPIs across channels and create basic performance reports.Requirements: 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (internships and volunteer work count!).· Strong writing and editing skills with a compassionate, brand-aligned tone.· Ease with digital tools like social media platforms, email tools, or website editors—or enthusiasm to learn.· Experience with Wix or similar website builders is a plus.· Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time/project management.· Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.· Awareness of emerging AI tools and digital trends, with the ability to creatively apply them in a marketing context.· Passion for reproductive health, wellness, or emotional support is a plus.We encourage candidates from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences to apply—especially those with personal insight into fertility journeys or mindfulness practice.Benefits 100% remote work.Part time jobsVacation benefits after 1 consecutive year with us!Annual rate adjustment (we want to keep a competitive salary for you).Experience working with international clients.Improvement in your English skills.Development plans.Training with tools and team support.
