About This Role

This isn't a traditional marketing artist role where you're handed a brief and execute. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Artist who wants to shape what we make, how we make it, and how we get better at it.

You'll be joining a small, senior team at a pivotal moment - we're still defining the look, feel, and creative standards for our ads. That means real creative ownership, direct influence on strategy, and the opportunity to build the workflows and systems behind our creative output, not just produce within them.

The ceiling here is as high as your ambition. If you're energized by experimentation, data-informed decisions, and building scroll-stopping creative, this is the role.

What You'll Do
• Create high-volume, high-quality UA assets across short-form video, motion graphics, static ad variants, and more
• Own gameplay capture in Unity end-to-end - not just recording, but defining and improving how we capture, what we capture, and the visual quality of our source footage
• Edit and assemble video ads from start to finish: capture, edit, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery
• Integrate audio, SFX, and music intentionally to enhance pacing, clarity, and emotional impact
• Identify bottlenecks in how we produce creative and fix them - build reusable templates, streamline workflows, and push for better tools when you find them
• Contribute to ASO efforts - app icons, store screenshots, preview videos - with the same performance mindset as paid ads
• Contribute to creative strategy - have a seat at the table when deciding what to make, not just how to make it
• Collaborate closely with UA and Marketing on asset needs across paid channels, ASO, and social platforms
• Maintain organized project files, timelines, and proactive communication in a fast-moving environment

What You Bring
• 3-5 years creating marketing assets for mobile games or entertainment brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across:
• Video editing (Premiere, Resolve, or similar)
• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Gameplay capture, ideally in Unity
• Audio cleanup, basic SFX mixing, or integrating music/effects into ads
• Genuine curiosity about performance marketing - you want to understand why certain ads work, not just make them look good
• High ownership, low-ego work style - you notice what's broken and fix it without being asked
• You pick up new tools and techniques quickly, create structure where it doesn't exist, and challenge workflows when there's a better way
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment

Nice to Have (Or Excited to Grow Into)
• ASO creatives or social-first content (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
• Light 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Midjourney, etc.
• Interest in automotive cinematography or photography
• Familiarity with filming or editing motorsports, vehicles, or dynamic outdoor footage
