Marketing and Media Ops Associate
Button is building the future of the commerce powered internet, and they are seeking a Marketing and Media Ops Associate to manage end-to-end campaign operations for marketing deals. The role involves coordinating campaigns, monitoring pacing, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end campaign operations for flat fee marketing deals, from initial setup and trafficking through final delivery and reconciliationCoordinate placements, timing, and volume across brand, retailer, and publisher partners to ensure campaigns launch correctly and run on scheduleMonitor campaign pacing and flag issues early, working cross-functionally to resolve them before they impact deliveryBuild and maintain campaign reports for brand and marketer partners, giving them accurate, timely visibility into campaign activityOwn financial reconciliation for publisher partners, tracking budgets, confirming delivery, and ensuring payouts are accurateMaintain organized records in Salesforce and internal ops tools so campaign data is always current and accessibleFree up commercial team capacity by handling operational requests that would otherwise fall on account managersIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring workflows as our campaign volume growsSkills1+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign operations, media agency operations, or publisher operationsFamiliarity with digital media campaign fundamentals: placements, trafficking, pacing, and reportingStrong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with and organizing dataExperience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM or operational toolClear written communication skills. You will be an operational point of contact for external partnersHighly organized with strong attention to detail. Accuracy in this role has real commercial consequencesProactive communicator who surfaces issues before they become problems for partners or the commercial teamComfortable managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ballA practical problem-solver who can work around obstacles without waiting to be told howCollaborative across teams.
