Marketing Analyst (Looker Studio & BigQuery Specialist)

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in Looker Studio and BigQuery to help us transform data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and growth teams to design intuitive dashboards, manage large datasets, and uncover trends that optimize campaign ROI and overall strategy. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards that provide clear and reliable reporting on marketing performance. You will query and manage data in Google BigQuery, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across all datasets. Your role will also involve partnering with the marketing team to turn raw data into clear insights, monitoring key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion, and delivering recommendations that influence campaign performance. Additionally, you will create automated reporting processes that reduce manual effort and strengthen data integrity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing advanced data visualizations in Looker Studio and proficiency with Google BigQuery, particularly SQL. A background of three or more years in marketing analytics or performance marketing is required, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads is essential, while knowledge of GA4, marketing mix modeling, and attribution modeling would be an advantage.
