Key Responsibilities:
Track competitor rents, availability, and move in specials by submarketMaintain a simple market survey for pricing, concessions, and offersRecommend pricing and specials to improve occupancyUpdate approved pricing and offer changes in internal systemsGather insights through competitor calls and direct outreachIdentify pricing gaps and competitive opportunities proactivelyTurn findings into clear recommendations for promos and messagingAdvise where to run Google and Meta campaignsRecommend target audiences, offers, and messaging for adsTrack competitor ad, creative, and positioning best practicesSupport leadership with prospecting and market insights for AAM growth
Qualifications
2 to 4 years in market research, performance marketing, or digital marketingProven experience with competitor research and market analysisAbility to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendationsHands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a plusStrong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and reportingFast learner, adaptable in a fast moving environmentClear communicator with strong attention to detailU.S. multifamily or real estate marketing experience is a plus
