Marketing Advisor

As the Marketing Orchestration Advisor, you will be the conductor of multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As a Marketing Orchestration Advisor, you will:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, using project management tools like Wrike.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.
Facilitate clear communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing plans and address dependencies.
Manage and maintain the teamâs training portal, curating relevant learning opportunities and ensuring accessibility for all team members.
Enhance and maintain the internal lifecycle team publication site, ensuring content is up-to-date and readily available.
Run weekly team status calls to track progress, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree and five years of related work experience focused on project management and/or training, workflows, and documentation.
Five to seven years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing planning or project management role.
Proven experience with project management tools, particularly Wrike.
Experience with writing marketing standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
Experience with marketing transformation initiatives.
A strong aptitude for relationship building and attention to detail.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.50 to $49.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
