Job Opportunity: Marketing Administrative Assistant at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Location: Jackson, MS Role and Responsibilities : Responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and office management services in support of the Sales Training and Career Development department. Your responsibilities will include : Provide administrative support to the Sales Training and Career Development Department. Carry out administrative duties such as reports, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Maintain training supply inventory. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with answering phone calls. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling new agent schools with each state. Responsible for maintaining and creating invoices for vendors as needed.
