We are looking for **Market Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist** to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.

Your expertise in **consumer behavior, campaign performance analysis, brand positioning, and market segmentation** will ensure each prompt and response reflects how marketing teams gather insights, develop strategy, and measure results. You’ll help shape how AI models understand target audiences, synthesize competitive data, and simulate effective marketing messaging and planning.

• *You are a good fit if you:**
- Have over 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, or campaign analysis
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, economics, or a related field
- Are currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK or the Australia.
- Have a strong background in areas such as designing and conducting customer surveys, interpreting marketing data, creating buyer personas, evaluating campaign KPIs, mapping customer journeys, developing go-to-market strategies, and reporting actionable insights to stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong attention to details

- Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours.

• *Role Start Date**
- This role will begin in mid to late-July with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

• *Interview Process**
- You will take an AI interview where you will be asked questions about your background in market analysis, messaging, and marketing strategy
- You will share your screen and write a detailed prompt to generate an AI response about a real world scenario such interpreting survey data.
- You will evaluate and compare LLM outputs to determine which response is more effective and accurate.
- Applicants will be selected based on their performance in the AI interview and on the accuracy and quality of their evaluations.
