Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

Analyze large amounts of data from primary and secondary sources to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.

Develop insights and strategies to inform product, pricing, and marketing decisions.

Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and other methods of gathering customer feedback.

Develop and maintain databases of market research data.

Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of research strategies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze customer feedback.
