Manufacturing ERP Consultant (Remote USA) We are currently looking for a Manufacturing ERP Consultant for our USA team. This person's main task will be the implementation of our application, Genius Manufacturing, at our customers. What will my role be? Your mission will be to ensure that our customers are in control of their manufacturing processes during the transition to Genius Manufacturing ERP. You will be called upon to interact in all stages of projects, especially during needs analysis, planning, implementation, configuration, user training, testing phase, etc. Your main tasks will be: • Define business needs and develop effective deployment strategies • Analyze and model business processes • Provide training, technical and strategic support to our clients • Propose innovative, efficient and effective solutions • Advises and assists customers or users with a view to improvement and innovation (on-site and remotely) Additional skills: • Strong Leadership Abilities • Exceptional Analytical and Synthesis Skills • Expertise in Manufacturing Processes • Speed in resolving problems or situations • Customer approach focused on action and results Do I have the desired skills and experience? • Training in a relevant field (engineering, business informatics, administration) • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector and with manufacturing processes • Experience in process re-engineering and ERP implementation consulting • Have a valid driver's license and passport (some travel required) • Be proactive, responsible, energetic and autonomous What are my benefits of working at Genius? • A flexible work schedule • A competitive salary with matching RRSP • A growing company where your opinion is valued • 7 paid holidays per year in addition to vacation • Group insurance • And much more...
