Manufacturing Consultants Needed for Paid Market Research Interviews

I am conducting market research to understand real-world operational challenges in manufacturing and automation, specifically around industry 4.0 use cases. I am looking to interview experienced manufacturing professionals and consultants who have worked closely with production operations, automation, robotics, and complex manufacturing environments. This is not a consulting project and does not involve implementation or deliverables. The engagement is strictly a paid research interview. What the interview will cover (high level): - Operational challenges in high-mix and/or high-volume manufacturing - Building, scaling, and modifying production lines - Managing robots, automation systems, and production assets - Bottlenecks in planning, scheduling, changeovers, maintenance, and quality - Data, software, and system challenges (e.g., MES, ERP, PLCs, robotics control) - Organizational and operational limitations when adopting new technologies No proprietary or confidential information is expected or requested.Interview format: - 30–60 minute video or voice call - Conversational, experience-based discussion - No prep work or follow-up required Ideal background: - 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or manufacturing consulting Hands-on exposure to: - High-mix / high-volume environments - Production line design or management - Robotics, automation, or industrial systems Experience may include: - Manufacturing consultants - Operations leaders or engineers - Automation / robotics specialists - Former plant, line, or systems managers Industries of interest (any): Automotive - Industrial manufacturing - Electronics / semiconductors - Aerospace & defense - Consumer goods - Contract manufacturingCompensation: - Paid interview (fixed fee or hourly) - Budget is flexible based on experience - Please include your rate Please include in your application: - A brief overview of your manufacturing or operations background - Types of production environments you’ve worked in (high-mix, high-volume, automation level, etc.) -Your experience with production lines, robotics, or manufacturing systems -Your availability over the next 2–3 weeks Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.Apply tot his job
