Territory: Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, MinnesotaFull-time /Remote with Extensive Travel (Approx 50 - 60%)

Must be located: North Dakota (Fargo or Bismarck), South Dakota (Sioux Falls or Sioux City), Minnesota (MinneapolisSt. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, or St. Cloud), Iowa (Des Moines, Iowa City, Davenport, or Council Bluffs), or are you willing to relocate from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, or all other nearby states?

Our client is a fintech infrastructure company specializing in large deposit solutions, providing a technology-driven network that enables banks and credit unions to offer expanded FDIC insurance coverage and liquidity management services. With a network of more than 3,000 financial institutions of all sizes, from community banks to large banking organizations, the company helps support the institutions that drive the national economy. The company has spent over two decades creating dynamic solutions that help financial institutions grow, manage liquidity, and serve their communities.

The company seeks an experienced sales director to manage the Northern Midwest client territory. This is a key position on the companys sales team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships that will drive revenue growth and expand opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting their market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities Of The Northern Midwest Territory Managing Director
Cultivating and maintaining strong, synergistic client relationships so as to understand client needs and challenges and provide solutions that leverage and grow the value of the companys services.

Identifying and energetically pursuing new market opportunities within existing clients, target segments, and potential new clients to expand market penetration.

Collaborating with product and service teams to tailor the use of the companys product suite for specific client objectives and needs.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains nimble and responsive to client demands and market opportunities.

Leveraging market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Monitoring sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline growth, to meet established performance goals.

Sharing regular updates with senior management on sales progress and market trends.

Qualifications
Qualifications of the Northern Midwest Territory Managing Director:
10+ years of relevant sales experience, including proven quota track record selling into banks within existing accounts.

Extensive experience using your knowledge of a banks balance sheet to guide a client conversation, influence a decision, or position a product or service.

Aptitude and curiosity to quickly learn new products and services, coupled with a self-starter mindset

Strong Analytical Skills And Data-driven Decision-making Abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative environment

History of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals

Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region

Bachelors degree
