Manager, Workforce Consulting - HR Transformation and Technology
Manager, Workforce Consulting - HR Transformation and Technology, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, organizational development and overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. Conduct comprehensive analysis of client organization’s HR practices, identifying areas for improvement and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives. Analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies. Provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Assist clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality. Coach and supervise teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $167,000 - $198,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Mathematics or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
• Working on large-scale transformation initiatives, including developing architecture design, creating reference and solution specific architectures for HCM solutions within well-architected framework;
• Analyzing organization’s workforces to identify generative AI implementation opportunities to improve the workforces’ efficiency;
• Facilitating in HR processes such as talent acquisition, development/training, performance management, business partnering, payroll, and total rewards; and,
• Organizing HR functions, design and operating models.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
