The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of leadership, functional, and technical expertise in implementing, developing, designing, or supporting cloud applications. This candidate should excel in documenting business processes or business requirements, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and possess a proactive drive to learn and master new technologies. A successful candidate will also have a proven track record of effective team management and strategic project execution How you will contribute:Utilize business acumen and critical thinking skills to analyze client business requirements and develop technical solutions to these requirements.Contribute to pre-sales providing deep technical knowledge during the sales cycle.Contribute to the design and development of integrations using the Workato iPaaS platform and other iPaaS solutions as needed.Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.Produce project documentation such as Functional Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation using Forvis Mazars OnTrack project implementation methodologyParticipate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:Experience learning new tools and technologies and finding creative ways to address client needs Readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere with a rapidly expanding client baseAbility to work remotely and independently or as part of a team, adept at defining and adhering to project schedules, and skilled in handling multiple prioritiesSelf-directed with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressureUnmatched client service skills and is service-orientedLooking to grow their Business Intelligence skillsetsAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into system configuration and processesExcellent documentation and business writing skillsDemonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processesAbility to work in multiple capacities on a project, e.g., individual contributor, leading a small team, and being a trusted advisor to your clientsDemonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlinesAbility to mentor and manage careers of junior resources Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Workato integrations in a hands-on technical capacityBachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field or 8 years of experience in a similar role with similar responsibilitiesSuccessful completion of at least five full lifecycle integration projectsDemonstrated experience integrating with platforms such as NetSuite and SalesforceProficiency in EDI, XML, JSON, SQL, and JavaScriptProven ability to design and implement complex, high-volume, and scalable integrationsExpertise in various integration methods, including Real-time, Batch, and ETLExperience with both Cloud-based and On-Premise application integrationsFamiliarity with API management tools and practicesSolid understanding of web service technologies, including REST, SOAP, and WSDLKnowledge of security and authentication protocols such as WS-Security and OAuth #LI-LK1 Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Pursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market.
