Job Description:
• Lead a team on high visibility, cross-functional projects
• Develop product strategy to grow a high-potential offering
• Build processes, tools, and connections to achieve growth
• Collaborate with Merchants and across departments
• Analyze complex data sets and provide insights to leadership
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, strategy & operations, or product management
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous opportunities and build structured product and service strategies
• Comfortable identifying market gaps and providing creative solutions
• Experience managing a team
• MBA preferred
