Responsibilities
• Lead work on innovative technology solutions for Core Banking system implementations and enhancements.

• Collaborate with engineers in distributed development centers.

• Focus on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, and continuous development.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or relevant discipline preferred.

• 7+ years of experience delivering functional and technical solutions in financial services.

• Experience with Core Bank systems like Mambu, Temenos Transact, Flexcube, and Avaloq.

• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Core Banking systems, especially in Banking-as-a-Service.

• Solid foundation in Java/J2EE and familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms like Java Spring Boot.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing talent effectively.
,
• Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and integration development.

• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D.

• Experience building microservices-based architecture deployed at scale.
