Description

The Manager, Sales | SpotlightXR Entertainment Payroll introduces and familiarizes customers and potential customers with the services of Extreme Reach’s Entertainment Payroll division. The Manager will work with the SVP, Sales to exceed revenue goals through implementation of sales and customer service strategies, working with sales managers and associates to ensure that revenue targets and goals are met for assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
• Sells and markets the services of Extreme Reach. Responsible for generating, developing, and maximizing sales of the company's services.
• Pitch the Extreme Reach suite of services to new and existing clients
• Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales quotas consistently
• Identify, research and contact potential new clients
• Manage and maintain business-to-client relationships to ensure satisfaction by providing superior support; be responsive
• Stay current on technical trends and terminology related to the industry
• Update Salesforce with client/prospect information on a frequent and consistent basis
• Provide and support strategic direction for new business partnerships
• Provide input into strategy for existing products and development of new products
• Ensure that contracts are signed timely, and that the necessary information is in place for Extreme Reach to manage relationships
• Attend various industry events to develop/maintain strategic relationships
• Provide weekly feedback to SVP of Sales all pipeline activities
• Perform other related duties as required or requested.
• Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements
• Demonstrated sales success in business service/outsourcing companies, focused on human capital technology
• Payroll experience highly desired
• 4 - 6 years outside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of Business-to-Business sales success, selected for President’s Club (or like sales reward trip) at least once out of last three years
• The incumbent must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated sales ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Professionally driven and money motivated
• Ability to travel as needed
