What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Oversee monthly commissions processing and payments for sales partners
• Initiate and implement program improvements while maintaining documentation
• Ensure optimal sales team operations and identify process efficiencies
• Lead a team of Sales Operations professionals and provide constructive feedback
• Manage sales compliance and conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, operations, project management, or a related field
• Health care experience required, with Medicare and/or Marketplace experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• College degree preferred
