As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our ambitious sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology sectors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and motivate team members. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
