Manager - Risk Management
Description:
• Improve and expand Risk Management strategies
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to identify fraudulent activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and test innovative risk strategies
• Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making
• Own the creation of business requirement documents
• Contribute to the team's growth by sharing analytical insights
Requirements:
• Degree in a quantitative field (BS with 3-5 years of experience or MS with 1-3 years of experience)
• Proficiency in AI tools for fraud detection
• Commitment to identifying and closing gaps used by fraudulent actors
• Proven ability to derive strategic insights from data
• Experience in drafting business requirement documents
• Proven evidence of ownership and urgency
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, and R
• Excellent storytelling skills
